You see Kubernetes not as a scaling tool, but as a platform. A foundation. You deeply understand the Cloud Native stack - not just the tooling, but the philosophy, the patterns, the trade offs. You know what to use and more importantly: why.
But you're not just an infrastructure specialist living in YAML files. You've built and shipped software. You have felt the pain of poor deployment pipelines. You understand what developers need because you've been there. You think like an entrepreneur; you care about business outcomes, not just uptime metrics.
You bridge the gap between infrastructure and product. Between scalability and speed. Between architecture and execution. You're not here to maintain clusters. You're here to build systems that enable velocity. Not infra-only. Not dev-only. You're both ā and that's your superpower.
What you'll do here šŖš»
Design and build cloud-native systems that teams actually want to use. Infrastructure that accelerates, not blocks. Platforms that make sense.
You'll:
- Architect cloud-native platforms from scratch - not just running Kubernetes, but building platforms on top of it
- Build deployment pipelines and infrastructure that ship code fast and safely
- Design systems for resilience, scalability, and developer experience
- Work hands-on: from concept to production, from cluster design to observability
- Make infrastructure decisions that directly impact product velocity and business outcomes
Whatever moves the needle. If it's blocking progress, you unblock it. If it needs building, you build it. If it needs killing, you kill it.
