From Side-Project to Venture Builder
LOX Solutions was born when two entrepreneurs — one business strategist, one software architect — saw the same pattern repeatedly: mid-sized companies with bold visions but no bridge to execution. Instead of founding yet another consultancy, we built a hybrid task force that combines product DNA, hands-on tech expertise, and entrepreneurial ownership. Today, we partner with ambitious leaders across Europe to launch new digital products, modernise tech stacks, and — above all — build internal capabilities that last.

Founders
Victor A. Albrecht
Victor is the entrepreneurial architect of LOX Solutions, combining business vision with tech knowledge. He brings a decade of experience in building startups and transforming corporates with a clear focus on growth and efficiency.
He founded tech companies – from digital platforms in professional sports to data-driven AI marketing solutions – with global partners such as Amazon and Google. He led international teams from the initial idea to market-ready scaling.
Victor began his career in consulting and banking – including PwC Germany, Sparkasse KölnBonn, and in projects with McKinsey and KPMG. His approach: Growth occurs when structures are created in which ideas and technology consistently connect.
Christian Poyatos Ohler
Christian is the technical mind behind LOX Solutions. He combines deep expertise in cloud-native systems, machine learning, and software engineering with a clear focus on scalability, security, and operational excellence.
In recent years, he has been responsible for migrating complex systems to modern cloud environments in the regulated financial sector. Developed highly scalable data and system architectures for marketing tools in collaboration with Amazon and implemented an AI-automation platform for intelligent document classification for a German insurance group.
Christian represents a holistic approach to technology creating scalable solutions with business added value.
